    • the right to make complaints relating to the collection and processing of personal information to the competent Guarantor Authority;
    • the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out until that moment on the basis of the consent revoked.

  3. Nature of the provision of personal data and consequences of refusal to respond
    Apart from what is specified in the cookie policy and on the navigation data that are automatically collected during the use of the website, the user can freely provide its data where requested in specific sections of the website and the failure to provide it could make impossible to reach the desired purpose (e.g. newsletters or replies via a contact form).
